Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations across corporate and operational sites. Your experience in the mining or industrial sectors will guide initiatives such as workforce planning, labor relations, and succession strategies, while fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with company values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HR strategy to align with corporate objectives
• Provide strategic HR support to operational leaders
• Lead talent acquisition and employee retention strategies
• Enhance organizational culture of safety and accountability
• Oversee professional development and training programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 10-15 years of HR leadership experience
• Experience in heavy industry or mining preferred
• Knowledge of labor relations and compensatory practices
• Strong communication and change management skills
