Reporting to the Controller, the Junior Accountant role involves supporting daily financial tasks.
Candidates will gain exposure to high-volume transactions, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable duties, all while working in a hybrid format. The position is ideal for those looking to engage with a dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily bank transactions and perform reconciliations
• Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase requisitions
• Manage accounts payable inquiries and upload invoices
• Analyze credit card transactions and financial statements
• Assist in year-end external audits and related tasks Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in accounting or related field
• 0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in banking tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Great-Plains or NetSuite
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
