Job Title: Business Process Analyst Location: Edmonton, AB Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable. Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support process optimization, operational improvements, workflow analysis, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Responsibilities • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Support process optimization and operational excellence initiatives. • Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap assessments. • Work with stakeholders to improve service delivery and business performance. • Support transformation initiatives within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. • Develop future-state process models and operational recommendations. • Monitor process performance and track improvement metrics. • Facilitate workshops and process review sessions. • Ensure processes align with regulatory and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications • Experience as a Business Process Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. • Strong experience in process mapping and workflow analysis. • Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives. • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. • Understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements. • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. • Strong documentation and reporting abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
