About this Opportunity On behalf of our client, we're seeking an HR Operations Advisor to support HR operations and program delivery within a large corporate environment. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with experience in HR operations, reporting, and data analysis who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of HR programs across Canada by supporting onboarding activities, reporting and analytics, employee lifecycle processes, and operational initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional HR teams while leveraging Excel and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. What You'll Do • Support day-to-day HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle. • Coordinate onboarding activities and provide administrative support for HR programs. • Monitor and triage HR inboxes, ensuring inquiries are routed to the appropriate teams. • Prepare, validate, analyze, and maintain HR data using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to communicate operational metrics and trends. • Utilize Microsoft Copilot and other AI productivity tools to summarize data and improve reporting efficiency. • Support recurring HR reporting, compliance activities, and operational program cycles. • Maintain HR documentation, records, and distribution lists while ensuring data accuracy. • Coordinate with HR, legal, immigration, and business stakeholders to support ongoing HR initiatives. • Perform general administrative duties, including document preparation, data entry, and invoice processing. • * What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Approximately 1-2 years of experience supporting HR operations, HR administration, business operations, or a related function. Internship and co-op experience will be considered. • Experience supporting HR programs within a large corporate or enterprise environment. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis. • Experience preparing reports and identifying trends from HR data. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Familiarity with Canadian HR practices and HR systems is considered an asset. • * Nice to Have • Experience supporting onboarding or employee lifecycle programs. • Exposure to HR reporting, workforce analytics, or compliance reporting. • Experience coordinating HR program activities across multiple stakeholder groups. • Knowledge of HR information systems. • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations. Additional Information • Hybrid position requiring onsite work in Vancouver, BC, three days per week. • Candidates must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday. • Successful candidates will be required to attend onsite for onboarding and training. • Candidates should be prepared to complete a take-home assessment prior to the interview process.
