We currently have an opportunity to join our team as a Temporary Contract Full-Time Graveyard Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Cashier/Call-Taker. Schedule Sunday to Thursday 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Applicants must be available to work the full overnight schedule for the duration of the temporary contract. Position Overview The CSR/Cashier/Call-Taker is the primary point of contact for customers attending our towing facility to retrieve their vehicles. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and data-entry skills. This position requires someone who can remain professional and calm when assisting customers, work independently during overnight hours, and contribute positively as part of a team. Duties and Responsibilities • Greeting and assisting customers when they arrive at the towing facility • Verifying vehicle, customer, and payment information before releasing vehicles • Processing vehicle releases accurately and efficiently • Accepting cash, debit, and credit-card payments • Counting and balancing the cash till at the end of each shift • Entering customer and vehicle information into the company’s computer system • Answering telephone inquiries and providing accurate information • Maintaining accurate records and completing required paperwork • Following all company procedures related to payments, vehicle releases, security, and customer privacy • Communicating with dispatchers, drivers, supervisors, and other team members • Maintaining a clean and organized customer-service area • Completing additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills • Previous customer-service or cashier experience is preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy • Ability to handle cash and process electronic payments accurately • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills • Comfortable working independently during overnight hours • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance • Professional and respectful when dealing with customers • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Training The successful candidate will receive training on company procedures, payment processing, vehicle releases, customer service, computer systems, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
