About this role

ob Description Geotab is the #1 commercial telematics provider in the world — and one of the most data-rich companies on the planet. Founded in 2000 by Neil Cawse out of a basement in Oakville, Ontario, Geotab connects approximately 6 million vehicles across 160 countries, processing over 100 billion data points every single day. They serve Fortune 500 enterprises, public sector organizations (including the U.S. federal government), and businesses of every size — all on a single open platform built for fleet safety, efficiency, and sustainability. What makes Geotab genuinely different is depth. Twenty-five years of proprietary telematics data, combined with serious AI and machine learning infrastructure, gives them insight capabilities no competitor can replicate. They're one of Google Cloud's largest enterprise users globally, spending over $1M per month in AI compute — not as a trend, but as core infrastructure. Their open marketplace of 200+ third-party integrations and FedRAMP authorization make them the only player in the space with meaningful public sector penetration at scale. Geotab recently crossed $1B in annual revenue and now employs over 3,700 people worldwide — fully bootstrapped since inception, no outside investors, no IPO pressure. CEO Neil Cawse has been public that becoming a fully AI-first organization is the defining challenge of the company's next chapter.
