This full-time hybrid role requires you to spend a minimum of three days weekly in the office. You will oversee financial processes for various exhibitions, collaborating with production teams and finance experts. Deliver accurate reporting while driving process improvements to enhance financial effectiveness and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices and manage reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing
• Maintain vendor tax records and accounts
• Support the timely submission of fiscal documents
• Provide financial analyses and reporting as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance
• At least four years of accounting practice
• Bilingual in English and French
• Experience with multi-entity accounting setup
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
