Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working individual with operational experience to join Division D as Deputy Operations Manager. Post holder will be responsible for a defined set of specialities within the division, working in partnership with the Clinical Director and nursing leadership team.
Division D is responsible for Neurosciences, EPOV (Ear, Nose and Throat, Head & Neck, Plastics, Oral/Maxillofacial, Vascular Surgery) and CDG-MODEL (Cardiology, Medical Genetics, Metabolic Medicine, Obesity, Diabetes/Endocrinology and Lipids). We deliver around half of the outpatient activity and a third of the surgical activity across the hospital and run 13 wards. Many of our services have regional footprints, and we work closely with networks, the Cancer Alliance, NHSE and ICBs to deliver high-quality care to patients across the East of England and further afield.
