In this player-coach role, you will mentor UI and UX designers while directly engaging in hands-on design work. Focused on a top-grossing mobile game, you'll balance the demands of live features with ongoing development. Your effective communication skills will facilitate design presentations and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tackle significant design challenges as a contributor
• Lead UX outcomes for ongoing features and future plans

• Coordinate product, game design, and art needs into actionable designs
• Validate designs through user research and testing
Requirements:
• 8+ years as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
• Impressive portfolio with live game examples
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Suite
• Familiarity with mobile and free-to-play game design
• Strong ability to understand diverse player needs
