• Serve as emergency response for new claims
• Document and scope restoration projects thoroughly
• Prepare precise estimates with Xactimate
• Oversee all phases of project execution
• Maintain communication with clients and project teams Requirements:
• 4-5 years managing disaster restoration projects
• IICRC certification required; additional certifications are a plus
• Experience in carpentry and water damage restoration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Clean criminal background check and driving record Ensure quality and timelines in disaster restoration while enhancing client satisfaction in Calgary.
