Brand & Growth Marketing Manager

If so, Healthy Crunch is looking for an exceptional Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to work directly alongside Founder & CEO, Julie Bednarski, helping lead and execute all aspects of marketing as we continue to expand across Canada, the United States, and internationally. This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinker, innovator, and doer who is excited about using AI and emerging technologies to help scale a fast-growing food company. We are passionate about creating products that are: • Better-for-you • Lower in sugar • Allergen-friendly • Made with simple ingredients • Delicious enough for the whole family What You'll Do As our AI-Powered Brand & Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Brand & Content Creation • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns • Create engaging content for social media, digital marketing, PR, and email campaigns • Write compelling copy for websites, advertisements, product launches, blogs, and promotions • Develop marketing assets, presentations, and sales support materials AI & Innovation Leadership • Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, workflow automation, analytics, customer engagement, and campaign performance • Stay on top of emerging AI trends and identify innovative opportunities for Healthy Crunch • Implement AI-driven marketing strategies that improve efficiency and growth • Explore new technologies that enhance customer acquisition and brand awareness Social Media & Community Building • Manage Healthy Crunch's social media presence across all platforms • Create engaging videos, reels, stories, and digital content • Build relationships with customers, influencers, ambassadors, and online communities • Respond to customer inquiries and foster meaningful engagement PR & Influencer Marketing • Coordinate media opportunities, interviews, and PR campaigns • Build relationships with media contacts and influencers • Assist with product launches and brand partnerships • Support award submissions and thought leadership opportunities Trade Shows & Events • Represent Healthy Crunch at industry trade shows and events • Help plan and execute sampling programs and product launches • Create memorable customer experiences that build brand loyalty E-Commerce & Digital Growth • Support website optimization and online merchandising • Manage email marketing campaigns • Monitor analytics and performance metrics • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives Who You Are You are: • Creative, energetic, and passionate about marketing • Excited by innovation and emerging technology • A strong communicator and storyteller • Entrepreneurial and comfortable wearing multiple hats • Health and wellness-minded • Highly organized and self-motivated • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable interacting with customers, retailers, media, influencers, and industry partners Qualifications Required • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, communications, or related field • Strong experience with AI tools and AI-assisted marketing platforms • Proven success managing social media and digital campaigns • Excellent writing and communication skills • Experience creating content across multiple platforms • Strong project management skills • Ability to work independently and execute quickly Preferred • Experience in CPG, food, health, wellness, or consumer brands • Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms • Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI-powered business platforms. • Understanding of how AI can be applied to marketing • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and innovation to improve business performance and create competitive advantages. • Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) • Experience with paid media campaigns • Video content creation and editing experience • Public relations and influencer marketing experience Why Join Healthy Crunch?
