Medcan seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will deliver essential primary care, administer vaccinations, and assist clients during their Year-Round Care visits. You will work alongside physicians and coordinators to ensure timely communication of results and follow-up care for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver immunization and vaccination education and administration
• Conduct health assessments and cardiac risk factor teaching
• Perform primary care nursing procedures and assist physicians
• Monitor and facilitate patient flow through the clinic
• Coordinate follow-up care and patient communications
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario
• 1-5 years of nursing experience in primary care
• Proficient in phlebotomy and case management
• Current CPR/BCLS certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
