Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Foot Locker is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Services Representative to join their dynamic, collaborative team. The role involves providing high-level customer service for HR inquiries and administrative support for the team member life cycle.ResponsibilitiesProvide a high level, first point of contact, customer service to Team Members in response to HR related inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow cases while maintaining a high level of confidentialityAnswers questions, research information, and assists with problem resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Actively monitor case load volumes to ensure effective response and resolutionEscalate complex issues and cases to appropriate team members and departmentsResponds to HR Services emails, completes government-required forms, processing of benefit related enrollment forms, resolving system errors, assisting with Self-Service functionality and health insuranceProvide detailed research related to benefit inquiries, and appropriate response to team members and key business partnersProcess HR system updates, run daily queries from PeopleSoft, and submit life insurance claimsUpdate process documentation in process and provide continuous feedback opportunitiesProvides a welcoming and responsive atmosphere, including over the phone, while maintaining high quality customerMaintain a confidential and compliant environment with all inbound and outbound correspondence in accordance with company and government regulationsAssists with various office tasks and provides backup to other team members as requiredAbility to operate in a fast-paced agile team remote environmentSkillsTwo years of customer service and/or call center experienceHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Strong oral and written communication skillsAble to prioritize, organize, and pay close attention to detailAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasksProficient in operating general office equipment: multi-line phone, etcBachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant benefits work experiencePeopleSoft and/or HRIS experienceBenefitsEmployee DiscountOpportunities for AdvancementStrong Company CultureCompany OverviewFoot Locker is a retailer of athletic footwear and apparel.
