About the Role
We're looking for a research engineer who enjoys experimenting, building and shipping. You'll develop novel approaches to code generation, agent orchestration and LLM reasoning while working closely with a highly technical team to bring research into production.
What You'll Do
• Research and develop LLM-based systems for reasoning, planning and code generation
• Design experiments and benchmarks to evaluate new approaches
• Translate the latest AI research into production-ready capabilities
• Explore model adaptation, post-training and agent orchestration techniques
• Build robust Python tooling and production-quality research code
What You'll Bring
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent industry experience
• Strong background in AI/ML research with language models or autonomous systems
• Excellent Python skills and solid experimental methodology
• Experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX
Nice to Have
• LLM fine-tuning or reinforcement learning experience
• Knowledge of compiler technology, program synthesis or code generation
• GPU programming experience (CUDA or ROCm)
• Research publications or notable open-source contributions
