About this role
Join ATB as a Data Analyst focusing on Internal Assurance in a hybrid work environment. Gather and interpret vital organizational data to drive insights for internal audits and enhance decision-making.
In this temporary 16-month term, you’ll utilize your analytical skills to support ATB’s governance, risk, and control environment. You will be responsible for collecting and synthesizing data from diverse sources while following stringent quality assessment processes. Your efforts will directly facilitate internal audits and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire knowledge of a wide range of data sources
• Collect and assess data quality across systems
• Recommend data sets and analyses aligning with audit processes
• Synthesize data into reports and visualizations
• Identify trends and patterns in datasets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or 5 years in assurance
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (Python, R)
• Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with banking processes is preferred
