As part of a high-performing FP&A team, you will assess financial performance while collaborating with business unit leaders. This position involves analyzing KPIs, preparing reports for senior management, and contributing to key budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support business unit leaders with financial performance evaluations
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, expenses, and profitability
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned units
• Engage in special projects and ad hoc analyses
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 2–4 years of financial analysis or consulting experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling skills
• Bilingual in French and English with great communication
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
