This role will be supporting the Sales Operations team reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, directly impacting sales and revenue growth. This Sales Coordinator role is accountable for Onboarding, Offboarding, and general support for our Vendor Sales teams. This position will also provide regional support for our internal sales teams ensuring we enable them to be productive in the field. They will be working with an existing team that will offer ongoing support throughout their experience. What you'll be doing: On/Offboarding support Local regional support for Sales Leaders (Event Support, Office Management, Fleet, Apparel, ADHOC asks) Shipping & Receiving Fleet Management Apparel Management Hierarchy Management Manage, investigate, and solution all support requests from vendor leaders MFA Management for Vendor Travel to Kitchener 1-2 days per week Collaborate cross functionally to support ongoing sales activities Identify/collaborate with Sales primes to ensure business objectives are met What you Bring: Microsoft Office Experience (Excel, Word, TEAMs, & Outlook) Time management, critical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with other team members, establishing a positive solution-focused forum to continuously learn and grow together Relationship building and communication skills that earn credibility and respect, establishing excellent relationships with primes, developing mutual respect through knowledge of standard business practices Attention to detail Creative problem solver Strong written communication Collaboration & professionalism with internal/external stakeholders Strong computer skills to learn new systems and processes Maintain strong change management skills Adaptable to change ​To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal background check. Additionally, a credit check and drivers abstract may be required depending on the role. In certain provinces (e.g. British Columbia) you are required to obtain and maintain a valid security worker licence to perform your position's duties. If applicable, you must obtain the required license and provide proof of satisfactory to the Company that you have obtained it on or before your start date.
