Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEM, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate). Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve client KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, and lead generation targets. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis. Oversee campaign budget allocation and pacing to maximize efficiency. Analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and platform-specific reporting. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and landing page experiences. Implement and manage A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Work closely with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and strategic alignment. Mentor junior performance marketers and share expertise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media. Proven expertise in managing successful SEM, paid social, and display advertising campaigns. Strong proficiency with major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager). Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of marketing attribution models. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment. Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
