About this role
Overview
Responsive Ads is an advanced self‑serve creative ad technology suite for producing fully‑fluid responsive ads that outperform standard ad benchmarks by 20x. Our patent‑protected runtime engine adapts a single creative tag to any slot, screen, or environment without re‑trafficking.
About the role
We are looking for a rare individual who bridges senior UI/UX design, front‑end development, and AI‑assisted Agentic asset workflows, and who can own the experience layer of Creative Studio4 (CS4) and the integrations that connect it to the tools designers live in every day.
Responsibilities
Own the UX design and front‑end build for unique AI, Agentic‑driven projects; the preview, asset mapping, and live push experience.
Design the asset bridge UX: layer‑to‑element mapping, version history, and one‑click push to live ad.
Build the AI ingestion UX: upload, validate, classify, and pass AI‑generated assets and models (e.g., Claude Design, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Runway, Firefly) to the CS4 layout engine.
Design the brand‑safe stock library experience (Getty, Adobe Stock, etc.) embedded directly inside the CS4 builder.
Maintain and evolve the CS4 design system with the product team; components, interaction patterns, and visual language across all surfaces.
Bring product thinking to integrations: synthesize user feedback, write lightweight specs, and help sequence the roadmap.
Run usability testing with designers and agency teams to validate concepts before full engineering investment.
Be the internal champion for the designer perspective across every product decision.
Skills & Tools
Expertise in
Figma ; design, prototyping, and component library management.
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; able to build interactive prototypes and production UI components.
Hand‑coding and vibe coding.
Working knowledge of Svelte enough to contribute UI components directly to the CS4 codebase.
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects) used professionally.
Familiarity with AI creative tools (Firefly, Runway, Midjourney) used in a real production workflow.
REST API fundamentals; comfortable working with developers on data flow between systems.
Stock library API experience (Getty, Adobe Stock) is a strong plus.
HTML5 ad production or rich‑media format experience is a significant plus.
Highly innovative, award‑winning attitude; great communicator, customer‑first, startup‑ready.
Requirements
5+ years UI/UX design experience on SaaS or creative tooling products.
5+ years front‑end development experience: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; you build what you design.
Hands‑on Adobe CC experience (Photoshop, After Effects); you know how designers actually work.
Experience designing asset management, media library, or creative pipeline interfaces.
Portfolio demonstrating original visual thinking alongside technical execution, not just wireframes.
Track record of owning design‑to‑development delivery end‑to‑end in a startup or lean team.
Benefits
Work‑life balance: flexible work and vacation time, generous paid time off, and flexible work‑from‑home policies.
Continuous learning: ability to take educational courses and support continuous learning.
Merit‑based pay increases.
Parental and family leave stipend.
