About this role
Velocity Prep helps aspiring police officers across Canada successfully navigate the police hiring process through coaching, mentorship, and online training. Every week, new members join our program, and we’re looking for someone who can provide an exceptional onboarding experience as the first point of contact for our clients.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, confident on video calls, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Your Responsibilities
• Conduct 1-on-1 onboarding Zoom calls with new clients
• Welcome new members and help them get started
• Answer common questions about our program
• Guide clients through the next steps
• Update our CRM and client records
• Complete light administrative tasks when there are no scheduled calls
• Assist with general operations and customer success projects
This is not a high-pressure sales role. Your focus is creating an excellent first experience for every client.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
• Speaks fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Is comfortable speaking on Zoom/video calls
• Has a friendly, professional, and confident personality
• Has a quiet workspace with stable high-speed internet
• Has a quality webcam and microphone
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Learns new software quickly
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Is reliable and shows up on time
Schedule
We’re looking for someone who can dedicate approximately 4 hours per day.
During these hours:
• You may have scheduled onboarding calls.
• If there are no calls, you’ll work on administrative or customer success tasks.
We’re looking for someone who can consistently reserve this block of time for Velocity Prep.
Tools You’ll Use
Experience with any of these is a bonus (not required):
• Zoom
• Google Workspace
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
We’ll provide training.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

• This role will eventually require you to be available Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM and weekend mornings. We are also looking for someone who is committed to staying with our team for at least 6 months.
