JUSTJUNK® Toronto North is looking for an ambitious Junior Operations Manager to work directly alongside our management and ownership team to help lead one of the fastest-growing junk removal operations in the GTA. This is not an entry-level management position, and it's not a desk job. You'll help oversee daily operations, coach and develop truck teams, improve sales performance, solve operational challenges, and gain firsthand experience managing a growing business. You'll receive mentorship from experienced leaders while taking on increasing responsibility as you grow. What You'll Do Working alongside the Operations Manager, you will: • Help lead and manage daily truck operations • Coach teams to maximize customer experience and sales performance • Train, mentor, and motivate employees • Monitor KPIs including revenue, reviews, efficiency, and average job value • Resolve customer and operational issues quickly • Build a culture of accountability and teamwork • Step into leadership responsibilities whenever needed • Work directly with ownership on business growth initiatives Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with leadership potential—not just management experience.
