Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will help define the player experience while ensuring that it is frictionless and rewarding in a Sci‑Fi game.
You will be a key contributor to the initial stages of prototyping and create clean, intuitive, and robust UIs, user flows, accessibility options, and tutorialization.
Collaborate with other artistic and design leaders on the user experience and ensure the visual design matches the vision for the IP
Define standards and best practices for UI creation, and drive the integration and feedback of outsourced asset
Create concepts and assets to communicate UI design
Interpret data and qualitative feedback
Build and manage working relationships with external creative teams
Be the primary stakeholder for UI tools, workflow and pipeline development
6+ years experience working in UX for AAA games with at least two shipped titles
Experience designing UX through a full production cycle
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create a seamless user experience
Solid understanding of UX/UI interaction design fundamentals
Complete understanding of the relationship between UX and the full game pipeline
Experience in graphic design
Experience building UX from the ground up within Unreal Engine
Experience in graphic design with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, shape language and latest design trends
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
Up to date with the most cutting edge UX/UI creation tools within engine

The hiring range for this position is $111,708 - $209,916 in addition to a bi-yearly performance-based bonus.
