Our client seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a background in accounting and a CPA designation. In this role, key responsibilities include preparing financial statement disclosures, managing month-end close processes, and producing internal reporting packages. The role also involves balancing accounts and collaborating with U.S. Property Tax advisors, delivering insights on complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures
• Contribute to month-end close processes
• Create monthly financial reporting packages
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain continuity schedules
• Support internal controls and audit activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA designation
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or Hyperion preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
