Key Responsibilities:
• Execute workforce planning and organizational design strategies
• Manage talent acquisition and onboarding for specialized roles
• Supervise employee relations and performance management
• Administer compensation and benefits benchmarking
• Ensure adherence to provincial HR compliance regulations
Requirements:
• 8–10+ years of HR experience with a senior focus
• Strong background in Canadian insurance-related HR functions
• In-depth knowledge of employment standards across provinces
• Ability to lead HR independently across multiple locations
• Mandatory CHRL designation
