In this essential role, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated mechanical systems that address the needs of water and wastewater infrastructure. You will prepare detailed design specifications and offer jurisdictional plan check support, directly contributing to your community's resilience. Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive design for HVAC and fire protection systems Prepare and analyze system calculation designs Develop master plans and conduct field investigations Collaborate with various engineering disciplines and clients Communicate project requirements effectively to stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (5+ years preferred) Obtain P.Eng. immediately upon hire Solid grasp of applicable engineering standards Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT tools Positive communication and technical writing skills Drive engineering excellence and innovation at Jacobs, as you play a key role in future municipal infrastructure projects.
