Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

This is a full-time, hybrid position with 2 days a week, every Tuesday and Thursday in-office to support close cross-functional collaboration. Day In The Life • You are a seasoned Software Engineer with a strong background in application development. • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well-scoped product features. • You advocate for and practice test-driven development (TDD) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. • Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Who You Are • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: ruby on rails, golang, node.js, python, with experience in developing high-performance and high-availability backend systems. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package.
