Business Analyst

Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance and business systems professionals. Our highly esteemed, national not-for-profit client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract to assume a pivotal role in their ServiceNow Procurement implementation. In this role you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and aligned to procurement processes, and successfully supported through implementation, testing, training, and deployment.The Business Analyst’s duties will include:Supporting implementation planning and project documentation, including requirements, scope, use cases, test cases, and training materialsLeading business analysis activities by gathering, documenting, and validating procurement requirements, workflows, and future-state processesDeveloping artifacts such as business requirements documents, user stories, process maps, and traceability documentationFacilitating workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party partnersActing as the liaison between Procurement and business/technical teams to ensure alignment and resolution of issuesSupporting testing activities including test planning, script creation, defect tracking, execution support, and validation of solutionsAssisting with training planning, user guides, knowledge-sharing sessions, and user readiness activitiesSupporting deployment, go-live readiness, stabilization, and post-launch activitiesIdentifying and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actionsMaintaining project documentation and support ongoing knowledge transfer to internal teamsOther duties or tasks as assigned
