About this role
You will be the main point of contact for our clients across Canada — jewelers,
wholesalers, and industry professionals. You will advise them using your gemological
knowledge, while ensuring rigorous and reliable order processing.
Your Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations
Respond to client inquiries from across Canada and generate interest in our
stones among buyers and industry professionals
Discuss clients; needs and suggest which stones best meet them
Develop new client accounts
Provide courteous, professional follow-up with current and prospective clients
Order Processing & Administration
Process orders received by phone, email, or in person (sales, consignment,
returns, invoicing) using our specialized software
Inform clients of prices, delivery timelines, and other relevant information
Prepare sales documents and maintain accurate records and tracking files
Perform regular follow-ups on pending orders and consignments
Handle client complaints or concerns, referring them as needed
Management & Coordination
Manage the schedules of two part-time employees
Keep various operational tracking documents up to date
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service
Who We're Looking For
Experience in gemology and a passion for colored, precious, and fine stones
Meticulous, organized, and attuned to the world of jewelry
Strong written communication skills in both French and English
Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive
Punctual, courteous, and personable
Collaborative spirit and a strong sense of service
