This role reports to the Manager of Work Organization and involves planning, project execution, and liaising to identify new technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of job architecture frameworks to develop organization-wide content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and implementation of management systems
• Ensure project plans meet key timelines and deadlines
• Provide guidance on business analysis and technology implementation
• Develop communication strategies for project updates
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• University degree in business administration or relevant field
• Minimum 7 years in project coordination or management
• Strong writing and leadership skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
