About this role

Description Our team and what we'll accomplish together Step into a pivotal role at the heart of our Wireline consumer business, where your strategic vision will directly drive two of our most critical outcomes: customer retention and value growth. Focusing on our Entertainment portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in our overarching proactive retention strategy, designing and leading a portfolio of marketing programs to identify our highest-risk segments and drive retention strategies. Here, you will start by spearheading a major multi-year initiative: upgrading our customers to next-generation TV experiences. In this role, you will leverage customer data to segment our base, identifying high-risk churn groups and deploying multi-channel proactive marketing programs designed to drive greater customer value and retention outcomes. What you'll do • Drive Strategic Retention: Dive deep into Wireline churn data to uncover key trends and identify high-risk segments, transforming these insights into high-impact, proactive retention strategies. • Enhance the Customer Experience: Play a critical role in ensuring our base has the perfect, customized TV solutions, proactively retaining customers while optimizing their overall Optik TV experience. • Lead Cross-Functional Excellence: Partner dynamically with product, base management, go-to-market (GTM), digital, and retention teams to bring your strategic vision to life. • Own the Roadmap: Build and execute detailed project management plans, taking full ownership of milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Advise Leadership: Act as a key strategic voice by sharing actionable recommendations, progress updates, and overviews with our senior leadership team to guide decision making and future planning. Qualifications What you bring • Stellar Project Management: You have a talent for aligning cross-functional teams, tackling problems collaboratively, and motivating people to take action in a positive way. • A Data-Driven Mindset: You are highly analytical and excel at digging deep into data, translating complex insights into clear, concise summaries for stakeholders at all levels. • Strategic Critical Thinking: You are not afraid to challenge the status quo, constantly uncovering new opportunities to optimize program performance against key objectives and advocate for our base customers. • Exceptional Communication: You are recognized for your superb communication skills and can seamlessly distill complex ideas into practical strategies, backed bby excellent verbal and written English Great-to-haves • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or business management roles. • A business undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications. • Industry experience in telecommunications (specifically mobility or home services). • Proficiency with the Google Suite (notably Slides and Sheets) and familiarity with data and insight tools like Tableau and Domo.
