Drive impactful HR solutions as a strategic People and Culture Partner for Engaged in Greater Victoria. Support leaders, talent acquisition, and develop effective HR strategies in this remote role with travel. Engaged is seeking a seasoned HR professional with at least five years as an HR Generalist or Manager. This position requires a strong capability to consult on HR challenges, foster positive relationships, and provide trusted advice to executive teams. As you partner with various sectors, you'll play a crucial role in transforming workplaces through practical strategies.
