About this role

Unlock growth as Clio’s Customer Success Operations Manager, available to remote candidates across Canada. Focus on enhancing customer onboarding and professional services processes in a collaborative environment. As part of Clio’s Revenue Operations Team, you will be responsible for refining customer success workflows and optimizing project delivery.
