• Create executive summaries and account recommendations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Customer Success or related fields
• Experience managing a portfolio of B2B customers
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level interactions
• Ability to interpret data and trends for customer insights
• Travel readiness for client site visits when necessary
