Our Digital Product team is redefining how wealth management firms operate—building modern, scalable SaaS solutions that sit at the intersection of client experience, business operations, and technology.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Platform Management capabilities, the foundational layer of our client-facing ecosystem that defines how firms configure, control, and extend their experience on our platform.
You will own a broad set of platform controlcapabilities to shapehow our clients operate their businesses on our platform, ensuring that these capabilities are secure, flexible, and scalable for real-world firm operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy& Ownership
Evolve the PlatformManagement vision and roadmap as a foundational platform layer
Position PlatformManagement as the governor and master orchestrator of our digitalecosystem Drive alignment across security, client experience, and platform scalability objectives
Client-Centric Product Discovery
Develop a deep understanding of our firm segments, organizational structures, and how they manage: Users, roles, and permissions
Internal controls and operational workflows Platform configuration and customization needs
Manage ongoing research into unmet needs and trendsacross platform administration Translate insights into clear product priorities and initiatives
Platform Capability Development
Lead the evolutionof key platform capabilities, including:
Identity & AccessManagement: entitlements, delegation, and approval workflows
Firm Configuration & Entitlements: Configurable features, controls, and firm-level settings
Feature Lifecycle Management: Featureenablement, rollout controls, and progressive activation models Third-Party Integration Management: Connectivity, entitlements, and governance for external partners BYO Identity Provider (IdP) Strategy: Support SSO and federated identity models across client firms
Cross-Platform Integration & Governance
Ensure consistent application of platformcontrols across all product experiences Act as the central authority on platform administration and access models
Drive standardization and reuse of platformcapabilities across teams & 3rd parties
Product Delivery & Adoption
Ownroadmap execution and outcomes Partner with client teams on rollout
Track product KPI’s, including adoptionand client & business impact
What You Bring
7–10+ years of experience in product management Experience delivering platformor shared servicecapabilities
Strong understanding of:
IAM (RBAC, entitlements, identityfederation) Platform design and extensibility models Enterprise SaaS administration patterns
Deep customer empathyand ability to uncover complexoperational needs
Proven ability to build strong relationships across product, engineering, and client teams Strong prioritization and decision-making grounded in data and outcomes
Exceptional ability to communicate complex platform conceptsclearly to technicaland business audiences Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a strong asset
Experience in commercial B2B SaaS platforms is a strongasset
