## Band Level 4 — Data Analytics Manager Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive innovation in healthcare? As a Data Analytics Manager you will work where strategy meets delivery, taking a hands-on role building data products and delivering advanced analytics solutions. You will lead cross-functional initiatives while contributing directly to technical delivery — from developing data to enabling business insights through advanced analytics and dashboards. This job posting is for an existing position. You will lead cross-functional analytics initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Translate business needs into data-driven solutions across multiple domains and provide hands-on support in data pipelines, model development, and reporting solutions. Collaborating with data engineering teams, you will help design scalable data models and workflows, and partner with data scientists and analysts to drive insights, machine learning deployment, and automation use cases. Supporting data governance processes is part of the role, including stewardship, lineage, and data quality frameworks, and you will help establish standards for data documentation and governance across the data lifecycle. You will also oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The position requires 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields and proven ability to manage complex data projects across multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, along with a strong understanding of data engineering, the analytics lifecycle, governance, and reporting best practices. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are expected. Hands-on experience with tools such as Snowflake, Collibra, Dataiku, and Power BI is desirable. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consulting environments is also listed as desirable. Expected Remuneration Range for role: CAD 125,120 - 173,696. The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
