What you offer:
· Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current registration as a Registered Nurse with CRNA in good standing - Minimum of 3 years.
· Experience in Gerontology and working with Seniors.
· Current CPR.
· Able to coach and mentor care staff of varying skill levels/sets
· Ability to provide effective leadership, motivation, and innovation within an interdisciplinary team.
· Critical thinking skills and sound clinical knowledge.
· Positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude.
· Strong computer skills.
· Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
