We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a large public sector project developing enterprise-scale applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong backend Java expertise, modern frontend development experience, and cloud technologies.
Key Requirements
• 10+ years of experience developing n-tier enterprise applications
• Strong expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong knowledge of React and/or Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with PostgreSQL, PL/pgSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, and SQL development
• Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development
• Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to gather business requirements and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Nice to Have
• Test automation (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright, Katalon)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Redis caching
• AODA/WCAG accessibility standards
• API gateways and enterprise integrations
