Job Description*
• Experience- 10+ years building production distributed systems
• AI-assisted development- Demonstrated proficiency with AI dev tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM-powered workflows, agentic coding assistants) - this is a key differentiator for how this team operates
• Greenfield builder- Track record of taking systems from 0 ® 1; comfortable with undefined requirements and rapid iteration
• Architecture- Ability to own and communicate system design decisions across teams; translate ambiguous
• product goals into technical plans
• Pace & ambiguity - Thrives in startup-like environments - fast tempo, evolving scope, small team with outsized

Desired skills*
• Identity, trust, or security domain experience (JWT/JWS, PKI, OAuth 2.0, bot detection, token verification)
• Databricks or similar AI/data platform experience
• Experience with observability at scale (distributed tracing, structured logging, dashboards)
• Prior work on multi-party integration layers or network/platform services
• Open-source contributions or community involvement
