About this role

Job Summary: You are a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative in our CSR team, responsible for professionally and promptly receiving and addressing inquiries and emails from the Sales team and customers. Our CSR ensures that all print and marketing production project specifications are accurate and clear, preparing detailed production dockets with all pertinent information for the pre-press and production teams. In addition, the CSR organizes and reviews all changes and revisions from start to finish, creates labels for all stocks and supplies, and arranges for shipping and local courier services. Responsibilities: • Be 100% customer centric and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. • Receive and acknowledge all emails from the Sales team and clients about upcoming projects and assignments. • Respond to Sales team AND customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Check for all project specifications for clarity and accuracy, or any discrepancies. This includes client information, parts and components requested for production, production sizes, stocks required for production, print or manufacturing process, quantities to print or manufacture, finish instructions, packaging and fulfilment instructions, any installation instructions, and shipping instructions. • Prepare a detailed production docket with all pertinent information for the pre-press team and for the print production team. • Receive all files and organize for pre-press for review and verification of specs. • Work closely with pre-press to arrange for client proofs for approval. • Submit proofs to the Sales Team and/or directly to client on a case-by-case basis and follows up on approval. • Confirm with the print production team about stock availability or place an order for new stock upon management approval. • Create labels for all stocks and supplies receivables. The CSR needs to monitor this process to ensure the print production team completes it. • Review all pre-press final files for print upon final client's approval. • Update the docket folder with all pertinent instructions, especially after changes or updates. • Order and create shipping labels based upon the number of packages, dimensions, weight, as needed. • Arrange for local couriers as needed. • Optimize courier scheduling when possible. • Update "Jobs in Progress" master list on Google Docs. • Review all projects prior to shipping for quality control. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: • A minimum of five years of experience in a customer service role in the printing or manufacturing industry. • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and Email Suites. • Ability to work in a team environment and with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
