Finance Director: Scale Operations

Pursue a pivotal role as Director of Finance at Passage in Toronto, where you will own all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. This hands-on position thrives on integrity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. In this in-office Director role, you will ensure a solid financial foundation is in place as Passage embarks on its next growth phase. You'll lead both the accounting function and the external auditing process, while reinforcing compliance with all taxation obligations. Utilize your expertise to develop scalable workflows and oversee treasury and working capital processes.
