Development Marketing Manager

Our development portfolio reflects deep expertise in creating thoughtfully designed properties that contribute to the growth and character to the markets it serves. pinnacleinternational.ca We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Marketing Manager based in Vancouver to lead the marketing for high-rise residential developments in Vancouver and US Cities. The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge in real estate sales and marketing, strong project management , and proven experience successfully marketing landmark high-rise developments. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing strategies for projects from pre-launch through sell-out. • Create marketing proposals/campaigns for all relevant channels including print, digital, etc. • Establish budgets, costs, and frequency for marketing campaigns while tracking metrics. • Plan and manage pre-launch including signage, brochures, and sales centre collateral (floorplans , renderings, video content, etc.) • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and market conditions. • Support project launches, events, and presentation centre marketing activities. • Monitor real estate market conditions, competitor activity, and buyer trends to optimize project positioning, pricing, and marketing efforts. • Manage project marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule. Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior real estate marketing role with a reputable company. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for residential development projects. • Strong understanding of Vancouver, Washington, and California real estate market and buyer landscape. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
