Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client support tickets with professionalism
• Keep detailed logs of issues in the HubSpot system
• Monitor and report on device and service status
• Facilitate communication among interdepartmental teams
• Ensure exceptional customer service for all interactions
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of networking and IT systems
• Bachelor's degree or related discipline preferred
• Bilingual in French and English required
• Adaptability and critical thinking skills essential
