About the Opportunity Trillys Systems is assembling experienced professionals for a multi‑year Government of Canada initiative focused on IT project delivery, change management, business analysis, technical writing, and IT security risk management. This multi‑stream engagement is critical to enabling a scalable, secure, and business‑aligned technology environment. If you have experience supporting enterprise IT programs, leading organizational change, documenting complex systems, or managing IM/IT projects, this opportunity is an excellent fit. • Location: 1 — Technical Writer What You’ll Do • Develop, write, edit, and manage documentation (policies, SOPs, manuals, job aids, training materials) • Produce documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and corporate wiki tools (SharePoint, Confluence) • Review and improve documentation formats and layouts • Validate documentation for clarity, brevity, and relevance • Collaborate with SMEs to gather and verify requirements • Conduct client meetings to collect information • Manage document lifecycle and version control You’re a Fit If You Have Senior Level • Degree/diploma or 10+ years progressive IT experience • 10+ years understanding IT infrastructure terminology (LAN/WAN, servers, telephony) • 10+ years producing Word, Excel, and Visio Pro documents • change management plans for major initiatives • Develop detailed work plans for change implementation • Establish metrics for adoption, utilization, and proficiency • Conduct change impact assessments • Identify deviations from change standards and recommend corrective actions • Collaborate with HR, training, and communications teams • Develop change management and communications strategies • Deliver training, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer • Maintain project artifacts per departmental and TB policy You’re a Fit If You Have Senior Level • Degree/diploma or 10+ years progressive IT presentations) • Identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining • Conduct surveys and analyze results • Capture tactical and strategic business goals • Conduct interviews, workshops, and design thinking sessions • Draft KPIs • Provide analysis, recommendations, and presentations • Improve strategic, core, and support processes You’re a Fit If You Have Senior Level • Degree/diploma or Degree/diploma or 10+ years progressive IT experience • BPM, CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or CCBA certification • 10+ years providing BPR advice to senior management • Experience using iGrafx, Visio, or equivalent tools Stream 6 — IT Security Risk Management Roles Available • IT Security Risk Assessment Specialist • Senior Security Advisor What You’ll Do • Perform IT security risk analysis and assessments using ITSG policies • Provide IT security guidance, governance, and risk management support You’re a Fit If You Have Senior Level • Degree/diploma or 10+ years progressive IT security/cybersecurity experience • One or more certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, CEH, etc. • 5+ years applying ITSG policies in GoC • 5+ years providing IT security risk management advice (cloud and on‑prem) Intermediate Level • Degree/diploma or 7+ years progressive IT security/cybersecurity experience • One or more certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, CEH, etc. • 3+ years applying ITSG policies in
