On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Capital Markets Trade Flow for a 5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Business Analyst - Capital Markets Trade Flow - Job Description:
This role involves working directly with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to implement changes into production. The Business Analyst will handle tasks ranging from minor production support changes to defining requirements for major programs, focusing on capital markets trade flow processes.
Business Analyst - Capital Markets Trade Flow - Responsibilities:
• Analyze assigned tasks, from small changes to major program requirements
• Work with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to implement changes
• Utilize SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Understand technology differences, such as MQ messages versus SFTP drop files
Business Analyst - Capital Markets Trade Flow - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of demonstrable Business Analysis capability within a technology team
• Background in Capital Markets trade flow
• Experience with Collateral Management
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel
• Fluent in verbal and written English with strong communication skills
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies, especially Kanban
Business Analyst - Capital Markets Trade Flow – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Background in computer science or data science
• An interest in AI
Business Analyst - Capital Markets Trade Flow – Assignment Length:
This is a 5-month contract position.
