Key Responsibilities:
• Provide telephone triage services to Alberta residents
• Assess patient needs and offer accurate health advice
• Utilize clinical software and databases for evaluations
• Maintain respectful and sensitive communication with callers
• Document patient interactions and recommendations
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with CRNA eligibility
• Minimum 3-5 years clinical nursing experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle high call volume effectively
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
