Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team in strategic initiatives. Conduct variance analysis, explaining deviations from budget and forecast. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Gather and compile financial information from various sources. Help in the assessment of financial risks and opportunities. Contribute to process improvements within the finance department. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling. Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems is a plus. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
