This pivotal position involves managing warehouse logistics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reporting to the Head Office. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and French is crucial to facilitate operations smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for the plant and branch
• Interpret customer needs and service products accordingly
• Implement process requirements diligently
• Maintain communication with Head Office regarding branch updates
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies Requirements:
• At least 5 years of Operations Management experience
• Proficient in both English and French
• Proven team leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience in ISO environments beneficial
