This role is a contract role for 15 days, multiple openings across Canada & United Kingdom Our client delivers cutting-edge digital solutions powered by AI. We help businesses leverage Artificial Intelligence to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance customer interactions spanning AI strategy & consulting, AI chatbots & voice agents, omnichannel AI CRM, and web design & development. Goal Recruit exceptional talent globally while creating scalable hiring systems and an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end recruitment across all projects and corporate roles. • Source candidates globally such as through LinkedIn, Wellfound, referrals, specialist communities. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Manage ATS and recruitment metrics. • Build talent pipelines before roles are needed. • Develop employer branding and recruitment materials. • Coordinate onboarding with Operations. • Manage contractor and agency relationships. • Improve hiring processes and documentation. Must Have • 2+ years in startup or technology recruitment. • Experience hiring internationally. • Strong sourcing skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, etc.). KPIs • Time to hire. • Quality of hire. • Offer acceptance rate. • Cost per hire. • Candidate experience. • Diversity of talent pipeline. • Hiring manager satisfaction.
