Key Responsibilities Direct and supervise daily farm operations, including planting, cultivation, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting. Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. Monitor crop health and implement necessary interventions to prevent disease and pest outbreaks. Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar supervisory role in agriculture. Proven experience in crop production and management, with a strong understanding of various farming techniques. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment. Solid knowledge of agricultural best practices, including sustainable farming methods.
