This role is ideal for a seasoned designer with at least 5 years in UX, specifically within workflow-heavy B2B applications. You’ll independently manage user research, develop engaging designs for both desktop and mobile users, and create a component library crucial for consistent product experiences. Your direct involvement will ensure impactful design decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews and usability tests with end users
• Manage UX for two product squads focusing on distinct user types
• Generate dev-ready specs from the discovery phase
• Build a scalable design system and component library
• Gather and synthesize feedback from 2,000+ customers
Requirements:
• 5+ years of product or UX design experience
• Proven track record in user research methodologies
• Expertise in Figma and mobile/desktop design
• Experience with AI interfaces is advantageous
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real product contributions
